These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on the Sweetilow website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

Sweetilow sells confectionery products. Product descriptions and images are provided for illustrative purposes and may slightly vary from the actual product.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Sweetilow reserves the right to change prices at any time.

4. Orders

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Sweetilow reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or payment issues.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Sweetilow does not store payment details.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Due to the nature of food products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with photographic evidence.

8. Liability

Sweetilow cannot be held responsible for misuse of products or failure to follow storage instructions. Consumers are responsible for checking ingredients and allergens before consumption.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
